Design accessory that gives the motorcycle a dynamic appearance.

Supplied with 4x rubber bushings with inserts (photo 15-16) to absorb the vibrations while riding.
To this bellypan you can buy mounting kit (SSV6-D2S03-06) / image #17-21./, designed specifically for this modell.

Materials / design

GRP - Coloured black

Composition - UV stable gelcoat - colored (black RAL 9005), fiberglass mat and fiberglass cloth impregnated with resin. In the stressed and susceptible places to break the parts are reinforced by Kevlar-Carbon or Coremat for the seats. Parts are flexible and have a smooth and polished surface. There is no need to paint!

Why GRP - colored fiberglass? - Nice polished parts, for those who want to save for the paint job if they fit accessory in black. After hitting with for example Gravel, the part remains black of the damaged place.

Installation

With the installation mounting set to the bellypan, follow the supplied instructions (or can see here >>>).
If it is not to the exact model is missing in offer mounting kit installation do not despair. Just adjust Motoforza UNI mounting kit, which can be purchased for bellypans. Assembly mounts just bend and cutt as needed to lower situated mounting points on to the engine. You can customize everything to settle a bellypan according to your wishes. (The kit set: 2x lon strip, 3x short strip , strips are with rivet threaded nut and screw-see photo #).
Of course, the bellypan is supplied rubber bushings with inserts for absorbing vibration abatement while driving. (included in the price of the bellypan).

Technical specifications

Our bellypans are made from fiberglass (GFK), from several layers of mat and cloth saturated with high-quality resin => excellent rigidity and flexibility.
Finish is smooth, pin-hole free.
Kevlar-carbon reinforced mounting areas to provide exceptional strength.
